Ana Belén has recently joined CBX as Senior Project Manager. On her role she is leading the delivery of events and experience-related venues and activations focusing on audio-visuals, digital, scenic installations and traditional construction.

With over 15 years of experience, Ana Belén has made significant contributions to large-scale exhibitions, art installations, and international tour programs for museums and art galleries. Graduating with a degree in Art History and a master’s in Cultural Practices in Art and New Media in Spain, she moved to London in 2005 to further her career in the cultural sector.
Her professional career includes working with prestigious London institutions such as the Royal Academy of Arts, Barbican Art Gallery, and the V&A. For the past nine years at the V&A, she has excelled in content development, planning, and delivery of temporary exhibitions. She also played a pivotal role in coordinating partnerships and collaborations for the V&A’s international tour program, impacting venues worldwide.
Since entering the cultural sector in 2008, she has directly managed over 50 exhibitions, evolving from an assistant role to leading large-scale creative projects and diverse media displays across the UK and internationally.
Supporting cross-functional teams—including curators, designers, artists, producers, and contractors—has helped her to develop and implement effective project management processes and tools, utilizing agile methodologies and best creative practices to ensure high-quality, efficient, and sustainable projects.
Her primary interests lie in design and digital content, creativity, innovation, and collaborative working to achieve excellence. Her work consistently reflects a commitment to these values, driving success and inspiring those around her.
